The world is on our side, the truth is on our side, and we will win: President of Ukraine

The draught resolution on Ukraine's invasion has been co-sponsored by an unprecedented number of UN Member States, according to Ukraine's president.

As Russian forces approached Kyiv, Ukraine's president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, announced that a draught resolution condemning the country's invasion had been co-sponsored by a "unprecedented" number of United Nations Member States.

"As Russia continues to attack Kyiv, an unprecedented number of UN Member States have signed on to the draught resolution. This demonstrates that the world is on our side, the truth is on our side, and victory will be ours! "He tweeted about it.

Earlier, Zelensky stated that Russian troops would attempt to take Kyiv during the night.

"I must state unequivocally. This night will be more challenging than the day. Many of our state's cities are under attack "In a video address to the nation, Zelensky stated.

"Special attention on Kyiv — we cannot lose the capital," he added in the presidential video.

"I am turning to our defenders, male and female, on all fronts: the enemy will use all of its forces this night to crush our defence in a treacherous, harsh, and inhumane manner," he said.

"Tonight they will attempt a storming," he added, clearly referring to Kyiv, Ukraine's capital.

On Friday, Zelensky met with a number of Western politicians, including French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, and US Vice President Joe Biden, according to Zelensky.

He remarked, "We've agreed on greater aid, more support, significant support for our state." "Our first goal is to put an end to the bloodshed."

In reaction to Moscow's invasion of Ukraine, which has taken hundreds of lives and displaced tens of thousands of people, Western capitals have imposed broad sanctions on Moscow as well as personal sanctions on President Vladimir Putin.

The Ukrainian President vowed to stay and defend the capital against the Russian assault in a self-shot video posted on Friday.

"We've all arrived. Our armed forces have arrived. The citizens of society have arrived. We're all here to defend our country's independence, and we'll keep it that way "Standing outside the White House, Zelensky added.

The 24-year-old is currently starring as Cassie Howard in the second season of the hit teen drama Euphoria, which also stars Zendaya and has been nominated for nine Emmys. She admitted in an interview with British GQ that now that she's renowned, she can shrug off the horrible comment. "Now I'm on some of the biggest TV shows in the world," she claimed, according to the Daily Mail. Sweeney did not go into detail or name names, but she did recall a time when a mother tried to educate her on the value of being loved. "I'm a really energetic individual." I am injured. I get bruises all the time. Sweeney explained, "I get cuts." "I suppose I came back from laser tag with rug burns all over my legs because I got so caught up in it." And mother sat me on the counter and told me that if I ...
