India on its way in becoming fastest growing economy in 2024


The survey was quoting IMF's latest outlook, which projected India's GDP growth at 9% in both 2021-22 and 2022-23 and at 7.1% in 2023-24. The Economy Survey tabled by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said India has fiscal space to provide additional support to the economy and is projected to be the world's fastest growing major economy in 2021-24.

Courier delivery boy in Mumbai steals valuables from parcels and sells them...

A 29-year-old courier delivery boy was arrested for allegedly stealing valuable items from parcels he was supposed to deliver and selling them in a market in Mumbai, police said. Three other persons have also been arrested for purchasing the stolen items. The accused packed the parcels again to avoid suspicion and delivered empty parcels to the customers, according to police.
