Bharti Airtel to buy 25% stake in tech startup


Founded in 2015, Lavelle Networks specialises in Software-defined Wide Area Network solutions. Bharti Airtel on Monday announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire nearly 25% stake in Bengaluru-based technology startup Lavelle Networks. The company did not disclose the financial details of the deal. The agreement is subject to applicable statutory approvals, Bharti Airtel said.
